Thriving Cultures LLC is co-founded by William Mcleroy, one of the original founders of Austin’s Taurus Academy, a business that revolutionized the dog daycare and training business. William created and leveraged the Thriving Cultures system that we use with clients. William is passionate about helping others see their vision and making a positive impact for them and their organizations.
Co-founded by Sarita Soldz, a certified leadership coach, Sarita is passionate about uplifting individuals, teams, and communities. She developed and teaches a creative confidence class in the School of Design and Creative Technologies at UT Austin. Sarita has helped create career transition for thousands of executives by coaching and leading teams of coaches at UVA Darden and UT Austin McCombs business schools. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
